We don't do pretentious tasting notes or delicate brews that disappear in a travel mug. We roast fresh, pack heavy, and ship directly to tradespeople, plant operators, truckers, mechanics, first responders, and anyone who demands an honest, hard-hitting cup.
The Roast Guide: How We Build Our Fuel
- Medium Roast (Breakfast Blend, Colombia, Brazil Santos): Smooth cocoa, subtle berry, balanced body. Best for everyday morning cups, black or with cream.
- Medium-Dark (Bali Blue, African Kahawa, Asian Plateau): Dark chocolate, molasses, toffee, brown sugar. Best for rich drip, French press, heavy travel tumblers.
- Dark Roast (6 Bean Blend): Deep roasted caramel, smokey espresso bite, heavy body. Best for moka pots, espresso, and dark drip lovers.
- High-Octane / Extra Kick (Breakfast Blend +): Bold South American Arabica charged with Robusta. Built for 3:30 AM alarm clocks, double shifts, and heavy lifting.
- Cold Brew Blend (Signature Cold Brew): Chocolate, toffee, zero bitterness. Built for 12 to 24-hour steep and iced shop tumblers.

Q: When is my coffee roasted?
A: We roast in small batches the morning your order ships. We do not let pre-ground coffee sit on retail shelves for months. When your bag arrives, it is at peak aroma and flavor.
